Terms of Use (T&C): Our Agreement with You

1. Eligibility and Account Establishment

1.1 Mandatory Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use our services. Underage betting is strictly illegal in Nigeria. We reserve the right to verify your age using our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

1.2 Single Account Rule

You are permitted to register and operate only one active betting account on the platform. If we discover multiple accounts linked to the same person, household, or IP address, we reserve the right to suspend these accounts and void any associated winnings.

1.3 Accurate Information

You guarantee that all information provided during registration and verification is truthful, accurate, and current. You are required to update your profile immediately if your personal details change.

1.4 Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account, unless such access is demonstrably due to our negligence.

2. Betting Rules and Wagers

2.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered valid or accepted until it is confirmed and recorded on our server. In any case of doubt or dispute, the transaction log recorded by our system will be the definitive proof of the wager and its terms.

2.2 Obvious Errors (Palpable Errors)

We reserve the right to void (cancel) any bet placed as a result of an “Obvious Error” (Palpable Error). This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect odds displays, transposed handicaps, wrong teams/fixtures, or clear system malfunctions that result in fundamentally incorrect prices being offered.

2.3 Maximum Payouts

All bets are subject to maximum payout limits, regardless of the cumulative odds or stakes placed. Specific details regarding our maximum daily and weekly payout limits are available in our official Betting Rules and are subject to change.

2.4 Outcome Determination

Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body immediately following the conclusion of the event. Settlements will not be altered retroactively due to subsequent disqualifications, appeals, or amendments to the result.

3. Financial Terms and Anti-Fraud

3.1 Deposits and Ownership

All funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method (bank account, card, mobile wallet) that is registered in your own, verified name. Third-party deposits are strictly forbidden and will be reversed, potentially leading to account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

We aim to process withdrawals promptly, subject to successful completion of all required KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. Withdrawals must generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit, up to the amount of the deposit, to maintain a clear audit trail.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for financial fraud. If we suspect that funds are being deposited without any intention of play, or if we identify any transaction patterns indicative of money laundering, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account instantly.
  • Void any outstanding wagers.
  • Report the activity to the relevant Nigerian authorities, including SCUML and the EFCC.

3.4 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Any bonuses, free bets, or promotions are subject to specific promotional terms and wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all specified requirements are fully met.

4. Intellectual Property and Licensing

The software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and all other content of the Pinup Bet Online website are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our express written consent.

5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

5.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding a bet settlement, payment, or the quality of our service, you must submit it in writing to our Customer Support team within seven (7) days of the event’s occurrence. We will review the complaint and provide a substantive response within 14 working days.

5.2 Regulatory Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied with our final resolution of your complaint, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) or other appropriate regulatory body in Nigeria.

5.3 Governing Law

These Terms, and all transactions and disputes arising from your use of Pinup Bet Online, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the services is entirely at your sole risk. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Errors, bugs, or viruses transmitted by or through the service.
  • Delays or interruptions in service, including internet or connection issues.
  • Misuse or unauthorized access to your account by a third party.
  • Any actions taken by us in compliance with regulatory or legal obligations.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
